| Can someone pick-up my Donation? |

| Recipients
(such as nonprofits, daycares etc. near you that have posted wish lists
that match your donation) are responsible for picking-up the donations that
they reserve. However, donors who are in a rush, may prefer to drop off their surplus and can offer this to the recipient. We, at Excess Access, are not involved in the logistics as this is a National internet database service that matches donors and recipients who are in the same geographical area as each other. We do not
pick-up, but we match your postings with the wishes of recipients that can.
We're the link between your surplus donations and the nonprofit organizations near you
that want what you have. Big cheers for donors who volunteer to drop-off or ship
smaller or urgent items to the nonprofits, but this is at the donors' discretion.
