We send out emails to participants, we call these emails "donation alerts". They inform our recipient members of newly posted items that match their wishlists. We email follow-ups on reserved donations, reminders of contact info for smooth transfer and, finally, tax-deductible receipts.

These emails may have a sponsored byline at the bottom of the message. These sponsors are targeted by location. We encourage movers, tech support, handymen as well as any socially conscious business participant to become a sponsor. We reserve the right to decline proposals, but we welcome all inquiries.
